Ananda Mandala, also known as Active Consciousness Meditation is a powerful breathing journey rooted in ancient Vedic knowledge of the human system and the flow of prana. By combining a fast, rhythmic breath with focus on the seven key chakras, this practice clears the energetic channels that become blocked by years of living in high-stress environments. It is a direct way to wake up the life force that remains dormant when the nervous system is on constant high alert.
This intensity of breath works to break through the repetitive mental loops and release the heavy emotional weight we carry in our physical bodies. The Privacy of Your Home
Practicing in your own space ensures that your focus remains entirely on your own energy. There is no external group energy to interfere with your journey, which is especially vital if you tend to absorb the emotions and feelings of those around you. In your own environment, you are free from outside distractions and the subtle influence of others' processes.
This privacy allows you to surrender to the intensity of the breath in a place where you already feel safe. You can focus fully on your own release without the concern of being observed, letting go of what needs to be released with total presence and autonomy.

Emotional Release
It is completely normal to feel strong physical sensations such as vibrations, pins and needles, or temperature changes. The rhythmic breath shifts your brainwaves from a logical state into a deep meditative flow, slowing down the "monkey mind" and breaking repetitive mental loops. This allows you to release everything that no longer serves you and drop into a state of deep inner peace.
You do not need to believe in chakras for this to work. Rapid breathing temporarily changes your blood chemistry and brainwave patterns, helping you reach a state of expanded awareness that is almost impossible to access through normal breath only. Physically, it moves your nervous system out of "fight or flight" to release stress, trauma, tensions and blockages you may have carried for years.
This technique offers a complete physiological reset. It allows your brain and body to synchronize, leaving you with a sense of clarity and stillness that stays with you long after the practice is over.

The Power of Live Support
Many believe that breathwork is only powerful in person, but that simply is not true. If you have tried Youtube sessions at home and felt they did not take you deep enough, what we do together online is entirely different.
We begin with a comprehensive explanation of safety protocols, the physical sensations you will encounter, and a walkthrough of the correct breathing technique.
Throughout the journey, you have my constant verbal support to help you stay in the breath. This is followed by a final meditation guided by music and my voice, exactly as if we were in the same room.
I wish to share the very practices that restored my own life, helping you return to presence and reclaim your internal power from wherever you are located.
Whether we meet in person or online, the physiological impact and the power of this method remain exactly the same.

Contradictions
Your well-being is my priority. Please avoid alcohol / drugs 24 hours before and 24 hours after the session. Also, please avoid heavy meals two hours before the session. Ensure you drink plenty of water both the day before and after the session.
This practice involves fast, rhythmic breathing that is physically intense. It is not suitable for those who are pregnant or anyone with a history of cardiovascular issues, high blood pressure, epilepsy, or glaucoma.
It is also restricted for individuals under the age of 18, those under the influence of any substance, or anyone managing severe mental health conditions.
If you have recently had surgery, sustained a major injury, or are taking significant medications, please refrain from participating. If you have asthma, you are welcome to join as long as it is not severe; please ensure your inhaler is within reach during the session.
