Ananda Mandala, also known as Active Consciousness Meditation is a powerful breathing journey to move you into a state of expanded awareness.

 

It's a way to look into who you really are. It helps you get past the loops in your mind to find emotional healing and a sense of spiritual awakening. You go deep into your own mind to find layers of yourself you didn't know were there.

 

This practice lets you meet your inner self and reach a stillness that changes how you live. It is an invitation to step past your logic and connect with your deepest desires, dreams, and fears.

The Privacy of Your Home

Practicing in your own environment allows you to ignore outside distractions. You can surrender to the intensity of the breath in a space where you already feel safe.

 

This lets you focus entirely on your own process without worrying about "what others will think" if you fully let go and release what needs to be released.

Emotional Release

You will likely feel intense physical reactions like electric tremors and sudden temperature changes. It's common for the nervous system to release trauma or stress through screaming, crying or laughing. The intensity of your breath  acts as a tool to break the repetitive loops of the mind and force a total bodily release.

Once the resistance is broken, the intensity turns into a state of profound bliss and absolute presence. You reach a source of existence hidden in your own DNA. This is a return to your true being.

Contradictions For Participating

Individuals with certain medical conditions must refrain from participating in this practice.

 

This includes those with cardiovascular issues like high blood pressure or heart disease and individuals with glaucoma, retinal detachment, or osteoporosis.

 

It is also unsuitable for anyone who has recently undergone surgery or sustained major injuries. Those with a history of seizure disorders, severe mental illness, or aneurysms must avoid the session.

 

This restriction also applies to anyone on major medications or undergoing medical treatments such as those for cancer.

 

Pregnant women are strictly prohibited from participating.

 

Individuals with asthma must have medical clearance and an inhaler present to attend.
