About the Method
The Boreal Method™ originated from a deep call to bridge ancient wisdom with modern physiological needs. Developed by Juulia Lindeman, it was born in the serene landscapes of Switzerland as a response to the increasing fragmentation and burnout prevalent in the high-pressure modern world.
Philosophy: The Art of Presence
At its core, the Boreal Method™ is grounded in the belief that true healing happens when the nervous system enters a state of deep safety. We don't just 'treat' symptoms; we create an environment where the body's innate intelligence can resume its natural course toward balance and vitality.
Profound Calm
Shift your clients into a restorative parasympathetic state, allowing for rest and repair that goes far beyond surface-level relaxation.
Nervous System Regulation
Learn precise techniques to soothe overactive stress responses, building resilience in both the client and the practitioner.
Transformative Healing
By integrating multisensory modalities, you unlock new layers of healing, offering a signature experience that results in lasting shifts and returning clients.
“This training gave me a 5x more affordable path than becoming a full-body massage therapist — my calendar is now fully booked for months, and I finish each session feeling energized instead of drained.”
— Boreal Method™ Practitioner, Finland

Client Stories
The Boreal Method™ empowers practitioners to create deep physiological safety and restorative calm for their clients through regulated nervous system support.
"The depth of calm I can now facilitate is remarkable. My clients leave feeling profoundly peaceful and I can see that I have much more demand. When I ask them if they would have came just for a reiki session, many of them reply no."
ELLE, WALES
"Learning to facilitate a full-body experience has transformed my healing sessions. I was ready to quit trying since I didn't want to become a massage therapist, but just before I saw an ad of your training. I think it was sign from the universe to keep going."
SAARA, FINLAND
"Thank you Juulia for this training. My practice finally starts to feel sustainable. Clients notice the difference in their bodies immediately after a session and some schedule a new one even before leaving."
NINA, Berlin
