The Antidote to Decision Fatigue
Ananda Mandala - also known as Active Consciousness Meditation is a mix of intense breathwork and meditation.
Decision fatigue happens when you spend too much time stuck in your head: thinking, thinking, thingking - sinking, sinking, sinking... This practice helps you get out of your head and into your body to physically move the stress and tension that builds up from being in constant high-pressure environments. This process provides a deep physiological reset, allowing you to physically and emotionally release the weight you may have carried for months or even years.
Once you experience this breakthrough in a supported environment, breathwork becomes a tool you can use independently to change your life forever.
01
The Method
Active Consciousness Meditation is an active and demanding practice that forces you to get out of your head and stop overthinking. Through intense breathing, you break past your normal thought patterns to give your nervous system a complete reset, and finally let go of the physical tension you have been holding onto. It is a way to move past logic and connect with your real desires, dreams, and also the fears that are holding you back.
02
The Facilitator
The role of a trained facilitator is essential to guide and push participants through the resistance and fear, which will arise for everyone experiencing Ananda Mandala for the first time. I will hold space for intense emotional releases, ensuring everyone feels supported and safe throughout the entire session.
